         <description><![CDATA[<div>When reviewing an effective developing teacher, create a clear and measurable outcomes with a timeline.&nbsp; This will create evidence if a teacher does not improve or will show if the teacher is trying<br><br>When writing the observation for an effective or highly effective, suggestions can sound like can-do's, while effective developing is must-do's<br><br>Meeting a teacher in their own room creates a comfortable environment, where they can also reference possibly charts they used during the lesson.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
