check if you are connected to the internet plug

double click "My Computer" icon, If your logged in you should see  drive it will show you a login page.

check the network cable

if the problem is not resolved, contact your technology conductor.

Were you able to login to the network?

if the answer is yes, than it is probably down. You should connect with the technology director as soon as possible.

if the answer is No, check the internet cable

check the network cable

check to see if the jack is live 

if the LED lights are not on you computer is not connecting, unplug network cable from computer

if hat doesn't work try another plug 

if all of these fail, restore network connection.
