         <title>My personal health practices and overall health</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Social Wellness</strong><em>is the ability to relate to and connect with<br>other people in our world </em>(Unit 2, pg. 2). Personally, I connect with people very easily and have a good flow of communication with my friends and family. I have never been nervous or awkward around new people and am constantly making acquaintances. It's neat.<br><strong>Multicultural Wellness</strong><em> includes individuals being aware<br>of their own cultural background as well as the diversity and<br>richness present in other cultural backgrounds </em>(Unit 2, pg 3). Being arab and white, I am lucky to experience both cultures and be actively involved with both sides of my family, as well as being able to understand others cultures better and have more respect and interest for them.<br><strong>Intellectual Wellness</strong> <em>is the ability to open our minds to<br>new ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions,<br>interaction and community betterment. </em>(Unit 2, pg 3) Through my school, and being in programs like key club and the music department, I get to observe the many experiences of many different people and how they interact with the community, and it is very inspiring to my character and how I shape myself<br><br>These three types of mental health practices I feel affect me the most. Practicing these and learning more in thee particular areas is important in building my character and I am always working on them, consciously and subconsciously. Everything I experience and learn from each one of these leads to the goals I set for myself. They continue to inspire me to push myself farther, to have goals that impact me mentally and physicallyas long as improving my relationships with others.  </div>]]></description>
