The children love the recognition board and it works well but I think it’s too much to have house points at the same time. Moving forward I think we should get rid of house points. The scripted intervention has worked well in my class- it’s helpful to have a ‘go to’ of what to say instead of reacting emotionally. I love the meet and greet and it is so helpful to identify who needs a check in or some support every morning. Thanks for all your hard, Vicki.
