         <description><![CDATA[<div>Habit 7 – Sharpen the Saw.<br><br></div><div><br></div><div>An example may be from an urgent delivery service – they wish to reduce the time spent on moving vehicles around to get their regular maintenance and decide to reduce the fleet from 10 to 8 in an effort to minimise the amount of time spent getting the vehicles to and from the mechanics.  They neglect to identify that the maintenance of the remaining vehicles will now increase as they will be doing more K’ms, and the remaining vehicles will need to be replaced sooner now.  Rather than reducing the amount of vehicles, perhaps a better way of delivery/pick up could be considered.<br><br></div><div><br></div><div>Habit 1 – Proactive<br><br></div><div><br></div><div>Not making excuses to not get involved with new systems your business has introduced because you personally don’t see the point of them.  Be proactive, and work with what you can – look for ways that you can work with the new systems, ask what can I do?<br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
