Chinampas (woven reeds, sticks and mud to make artificial ideas), A dams made from reeds with doors to control flooding. 

Inca -  Road system (roads and bridges) and Quipu and Terrace farming (farming in different levels).

Maya -  Developed Solar Calendar much like the one we use today, and  a number system with the concept of “0”; they used the number system in their calendar and architecture 

Religion: Quetzalcoatl: Feathered-serpent god borrowed from Toltec. Huitzilopotchli: Sun-god that require human sacrifice. (Everyday) 

Inca-  the Incan ruler given the name Sapa Inca.
the empire divide into provinces and people organized into groups called ayllu.  Quechua the Incan language which is still used today.

Maya -   

The Mayan Government was a Theocracy and Dynasty. The rulers were seen as Holy and power was passed down through family. This granted Loyalty to the king/empire because of religion. They Made sacrifices to Gods to keep the peace, and sacrifices were seen as holy. The Mayans had a ritual ball game for rituals/sacrifices. The Mayan's shared religion created a unity 

Inca - Mita (labor tribute paid to the government) depend on abilities

Maya - Had Ball game players for a ritual ball game used for sacrifices, priests, builders,    farmers, etc.

The Mayans had trade and agriculture throughout the empire. This gave the Mayans substantial resources. They built cisterns to catch rainwater and aqueducts to bring fresh water to their cities.

The Mayans faded around the 700s, but historians don't know why. One possible cause could’ve been a lack of resources due to drought.
