The most visited church in Kampen is the "Bovenkerk". This church is very high and has a very old history.

There are a few hidding spots in this city. What hardly anyone knows are the alleys at the end of the shopping street that are full of flowers.

There are several restaurants in the city, the most famous ones being those in the middle of the city centre, where people like to sit on the terrace. It's called : 'De plantage'.

There are several football clubs in Kampen so there is choice because it is very popular.

The city Zwolle is near Kampen. This is the capital of the region. This city is very populair.

I think the most visited place in my region is Giethoorn, because the most tourist goes there to rent a boat and Giethoorn is also very beautiful

What are the hidden spots in your city or region that deserve to be discovered ?

I think that Meppel has a lot of hidden spots that need to be discovered. We have a few ports, a nice shopping district and a beautiful park. We also have a lot of things from the second world war, but they aint hidden spots anymore.

Where to find the best restaurant in town ?

The best restaurant in town is for my part 'Herberg 't plein'. Its right at the corner of the shopping district. It's near the Lord Nelson bar and in front of the Action and Scapino.

What activities/sport should your fellow-students should do in your city/region?

I would prefer to rent a boat in Giethoorn or go shopping in Zwolle. When your in Meppel in the summer holiday you must visit the DonderdagMeppelDag.
