Green, yellow & red cards shall be displayed as soon as the class is safely outside and roll is taken.

Green card should be displayed if all students are either present or known to be absent. 

Yellow card – This card should be displayed if the teacher either has a missing student(s) or they have an extra student.  As the teacher roster is called, the administrative staff member present will state their color.  Students should be returned to their classroom teacher as quickly as possible.  Once all students have been returned or accounted for, the classroom teacher may now display a green card. 

Red Card – Injured person or student.  This card can be displayed with a green or yellow card if there are any injuries.
