This a leader who treats members as fully capable of doing work on their own. I agree with this because I am not going to control my members and what they do, but I am also not going to have a “hands off” approach with my members. This trait is import because when leader shows that they are committed it builds trust within other people. When you have both commitment and good work ethic it leads you to success. When being a leader you have to be able to express your most honest opinions and that is something I can do without being disrespectful. Another strength would be responsibility. This is because I am able to take responsibility for my actions without blaming others. One of my weaknesses would be decision making. I am very indecisive when it comes to making a decision and this is a quality that I need to become more skilled at. Another weakness would be time management.
