Whether that be through physical exercise, meditation, or simply doing an activity to better your mental health, taking care of yourself prevents burn out and helps maintain a healthy state of mind. 

The theme of this week is "wellbeing," and we challenge your team/site to do an activity that promotes your wellbeing and health! How do you like to relax and take time for yourself? How to you relieve stress? These are just some questions you can ask yourself while completing this theme. Examples can be: 

- Group workout
- Group meditation
- Taking a break from work to do something fun, like playing a game, sport, etc. 
- Watching a movie together, going on a walk, etc.; anything that helps you take your mind off of the stress.
