Sometimes the music will start off very slow and build it way up to a much stronger piece, while others will start off quick and end softly With this type of music there are no lyrics, so you have no choice but to listen to the beat. The harmony is very specific, with that being said in classical music many instruments are playing the same music but at different times. As a whole classical music can be therapeutic.
