- Away from society to an island, self-managed by offenders.

-Periodic surveillance by authorities.
-Offenders will be monitored via GPS tagging implanted on them(use of technology)
- catergorised based on severity of offences, length of sentence, conduct in prison 
- closer to release, they will be given more privileges and more access to rehabilitative programs. E.g communication with loved ones, comfortable prison setting for communal based living such as beds better food etc.
