I honestly do not remember how that nickname started but it fits his personality much better. His other nicknames include Tubby and Mace. He is a golden retriever and he is almost 3 years old. He is a very weird dog in which he makes a memorable impression on every human he meets. He lacks personal space boundaries so he will wrap himself around you if he could. He is small for an adult male golden retriever, and he is very soft and he smells like fritos or rice most of the time. If you have a dog, you are probably familiar with the "frito-paws" scent. He loves to run and swim. He truly is my best friend. Ever since I was little I always dreamed of becoming a scientist. I specifically remember putting on my moms white lab coat (she is a nurse at UofM), and pretending I was performing surgery on a monkey and studying its anatomy. I have always loved animals and the natural world. This is my first year of college and I plan on doing a year or 2 at WCC and then transferring to either Michigan State University or Northern Michigan University.
