I was born in Villavicencio Meta and it can be said that I lived a very important part of my life at my Grandma’s House… I’m just a guy that spends almost all of his time in his studies… and not precisely for being super responsible or studious hehe… (I need help pls) when i'm not suffering the consequences of leaving my homework or studies for the last week (please help me I can't stop procrastinating my homework it's really horrible this is not a jokeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa) I like to spend my time on a little hobby... it's called working so I don't starve to death… yeah… but hey. It could be worse, at least I’m lucky to be Single and not have any children… far as I know hahahaha ha ha ha ha ha… well, it’s not like I have any kids okay? I’m just an 18 years old weirdo, what makes you think I could have children… or a girlfriend…? Anyways, I started my university career, industrial engineering 1 year ago; actually, this is my third semester but that's all I'm going to say, I don't want to keep talking about studies or those things... I know! Let’s talk about anything else like the things I love to do In my free time. I like to enjoy things like old video games or old horror movies like Evil Dead… bruh I really act like an old man…

With my parents and my two younger sisters, we live in a rented house that is located in the northern neighborhoods. I don't want to sound rude but... it's not a very nice house. When we first moved in, it didn't have a front door.

All there was some sort of fence made of rotten wood along with a gate that could barely be kept secure with a chain and padlock also, The entrance leads directly to the front patio, which connects with the main room and the living room..., which has no door, of course but hey, at least it has like 6 rooms… and we only can use 4 of them… it could be worse, honestly… It had many problems but, over time, this site was adapted so that we could call it a true home, a place in which we have been living for more than 5 years and where I live daily lives


After putting up a real door and fixing up some floors in the patio, we moved on, and I came to adapt to a routine that quickly turned boring. I usually get up at 6 a.m., I have breakfast at 6:40 a.m. so that I can be ready at 7:00 a.m. at work. I ride my motorcycle to work and I wait for the time to pass so that it is 12:00 pm and after 1 hour for lunch, which turns out to be nothing more than rice with some grain and egg or meat, I return to work at 1:00 p.m… After a long day at work, I return home at 5:00 p.m. I usually take 1-3 hours to rest and try to do my university activities, although many times I end up falling asleep due to exhaustion. if I don't fall asleep, usually my dinner is the remains of whatever I had for lunch, at 7:30 p.m.

After many hours of trying to catch up with my activities and probably failing, I go to bed around 10 or 11 pm, of course, if not exhaustion puts me to sleep much earlier.

my week runs normally and weekends are no exception

I don't do a big thing those days other than trying to keep up with my activities and then realizing that it wouldn't be bad to take the weekend without worrying about the university... not very responsible, right?

but something that I always keep in mind is practicing English, at this point it is impossible for me to remove it from my daily life, either because I watch videos in English or listen to music

this course is also a great support and keeps me active with my learning

Hello everybody, let me introduce myself, I’m Ivan Daniel Montes Bustos and I am a student of Industrial Engineering at UNAD. I was born in Villavicencio But I moved here, to Puerto Gaitan when I was 13 years old. Now I’m eighteen years old and as a Sinlgle Man I love to spend my free time with all kinds of Videogames and old horror movies... and the occasional attempt to learn programming, but that doesn't lead anywhere...

 My Town:

oh, and the most important thing is that I always try to avoid the most attractive thing that this town has to offer, like the Manacacias river and its boat trip to the habitat of one of the characteristic animals of the town, the Toninas. And as if it were not enough to live in a town through which a river crosses... 

one of the typical foods of my town is "La Tatama" (I had no idea about it, I literally had to google it), and I challenge you to guess what could be the main ingredient of a typical dish from a town with a huge river... that's right... FISH... I HATE FISH

but leaving aside the... ugh, the fish... this town is also characterized by its very famous celebrations such as the summer festival or the cachama festival... (wait a minute, EVEN MORE FISH?) celebrations in which tourists can come to enjoy the coleo and multiple artists, whether they are llanera or popular music

Puerto Gaitan is a somewhat nice town to live in (ha, that's not what my ethics homework says) where anyone can come and adapt Whether you are a tourist in search of beauties of marine fauna, gastronomy or someone looking to live in a different place... wait, what does all this have to do with me?
