The early internet was used for military and academic research. (videos were not very practical because they were so slow)
Hypermedia can be used within an educational program. (students simply need to click on the link to bring the new files to the screen)
Teachers need to remember that computers are machines, computers are helpful to educators , but they cannot, and should not, be used to replace a human teacher.
