Cinnamon Cream Cheese Toast

I was not a fan of this. The combination of the cream cheese and the cinnamon was okay; it reminded me of a sopapilla cheesecake of which I love. It would have been better with honey or if it was heated or perhaps with sugar. I'm glad I tried this because it definitely sounded like a great combination, so I was intrigued to find that it was not as I would have expected.

Healthy Smoothie

SOOOOO yummy and delicious. I love the way the smoothie is thick and sweet and leaves me feeling fresh and full. I will continue making this type of smoothie with various fruit and vegetable iterations.

Matcha Latte

This matcha was tasty. I love most matcha lattes from coffee shops, but I especially love a lavender latte from Pink House Alchemy in Fayetteville. This allowed me to have a gourmet drink at home with the use of my fancy equipment! I admit that it was not as tasty and smooth as the one at Pink House. If I were to remake this, I would use the Oatly barista milk that is thicker. Other than that, it was awesome!

Homemade Beer Bread Loaves

These were pretty fire. The texture could have been better because they were really dense, but the flavor was nice because they were sweet and paired nicely with butter or apple butter.

5/10. Not bad but not my favorite. I love donuts. I love eggs. I am not crazy about bacon. All together, it was alright. Nothing to write home about! I will not be making this combination again, but I am glad I was creative in finding out if this combination was going to be life-changing or not.

Asparagus Crescent Roll

Soooooooooooo good. These were the lightest, most flavorful little treats ever. I really want to make these again. I will note the importance of the seasoning on these. I used a Tuscan blend from TJ Maxx, and it tasted very high-end and delicious.

Best Grilled Cheese Ever

Homemade Sourdough bread + Mayo + Boursin Garlic/Herb Cheese + White Cheddar. Literally amazing! Would recommend. Would eat this everyyyyyydayyyyyyyy!

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Not a fan lol. Needs Gluten! Haha but seriously, I just did not like the texture nor the flavor. There was not enough chocolate. They were not that soft. So, it is a no from me! I do not eat gluten-free, but I wanted to try this recipe because it was a box I received as a gift and I thought it might be a tasty healthier alternative.

Thunder Cake

I forgot to finish the video, BUT the cake was pretty good. If you did not think about the tomatoes, it was even better. But, if you were thinking about the fact that they included tomatoes, you could notice that flavor. The texture was also not my favorite. Next time, I might just make a normal cake without the tomatoes and I will use milk instead of water!!! The students loved the cake......until I told them I put the tomatoes in the cake. Then I had two not finish their slice LOL!

Chocolate Gravy

This was the most delicious thing I have ever tried to make. I loved it so much. It was my first time ever having chocolate gravy, and I loved the warmth, the sweetness, the texture, the flavor. I want to have it again ASAP!!! I am so glad I got a chance to bring in a guest who is an expert on this recipe for this one because it would likely be too intimidating and not as positive of an experience if I had attempted it on my own.

Boba Black Milk Tea

I LOVE getting boba when I am out and about on the town. I never thought it was possible to make at home, but this kit made it accessible to normal people with accessible and manageable supplies, kitchens, and ingredients. I did not love it at first, but with vanilla- it was really soo delicious! It has become an intermittent splurge I add to my cart at Walmart now.

Cottage Cheese Avocado Toast

This was something I heard people were trying, and I decided to give it a go. I LOVED it. The seasoning is what made it top tier toast. I added Everything But The Bagel and Paprika! I am also a major fan of alfalfa sprouts, and the only place I could find them around was Whole Foods. Now that I know, I will have to make my way there frequently because yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
