This song is played at one of Gatsby's parties and it's showing that all the parties are fun and full of life. The night is still young and so are the people. Everyone is having a load of fun and no one is going to sleep anytime. Everything was awake at this our, including the trains and thunder. This song can also me ironic and mocking because they are all having fun and not caring but they do not al have money to be able to do this.

This songs fits in correlation to the song "The Sheik of Araby". They both talk about how the women long their lovers and that they depend on them and are never alone. This correlates to the song "Three O'Clock in the Morning" because they are both talking about the girl leaving and being sad, but they find something else. They are stuck in the loneliness of their lives until they can find something to help them and make them happy again.
