All Students take a 30- minute garden class at least twice per school year and get to plant / tend / sample the veggies. Locally farmed produce and whatever is left over from school gardens is served in meals alongside signage / passive nutrition education as part of our Harvest of the Month program.

Student Run Farm with an apprenticeship program post graduation. A feeder garden program that starts at the elementary schools, than middle school, than a student farm at the high school level where students intern their junior and senior years and get paid for their internship. Followed by a two year paid apprenticeship post graduation.
