         <title>Snowball</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Have students write two to three things about themselves on a piece of paper. Then, have students crumple the paper up into a ball and throw paper towards the front of the room and have them each go and pick a different "snowball" and begin throwing snowballs at each other.<br>After about a minute of a snowball fight, have students pick a snowball that is closest to them or randomly. They then have to read the information on the snowball and try and figure out the individual the snowball belongs to.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Put chairs in a circle and remove one chair so that all but one person has a chair. The chairless person stands in the middle and declares something he/she/they likes, wants, enjoys doing, etc. Everyone in the circle who agrees with the statement must get up and move to a different chair (cannot slide over into a chair immediately to their left/right). The last person standing goes to the middle and repeats....gives kids common ground with their peers pretty immediately.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am working with seniors who need just a little bit of extra support to complete the proficiencies to graduate, so we start off with a quick personal survey about goals.  I then give them a single playing card with a match somewhere in the room.  They have to find the matching card and share their goals, etc.  We continue to connect with that person throughout the session to check in! </div>]]></description>
