1- explain the task
1- I made a tiktok about myself that I presented to the rest of the class and my teacher, both peers and the teacher then asked questions about the tiktok to get to know me more.
2- what went well
2- About my experience what went well was that i was comfortable standing at the front presenting my tiktok. Another thing that went well was the questions i was given were easy for me to answer as i communicated and engaged well when being questioned
3- what could you improve
I could have made my tiktok longer including more information about me. I could have also improved answering my questions more confidently.

1- For enrolment I was seated with a teacher which asked me about which course I want to be on as well as what job I could possibly do in the future. They took my GCSE results and helped me with my enrolment form.
2-i developed my communication skills by talking to new people such as my teachers.
3- I could have asked more questions about my course and the days I would be attending college.

1- during one of my cabin crew assessments I used communication to work with my team together.
2- I developed my communication skills by my group planning before the assignment
3- To improve I could have further used more communication by speaking more to my group during the assessment.

evidence 1- For team work i used this during my security checks assessment. In this assessment what went well was we found the possible harm objects by working together and communicating. To change this I would have made a plan previously so it would have been easier to find all of the objects.

Evidence2- For team work I used this during my customer service assessment as I worked in a pair to roleplay working in hospitality and dealing with a difficult customer. What went well was that we discussed previously and worked together sharing ideas for what we might say to the questions. To improve I would change that fact we didn't refer back to our policy and plan about what we would say about the subject.

evidence3- For team work i used this during my safety demonstrations lesson. This was when i had to work in a team with three people and co ordinate and work together to be in time with each other while carrying out our demonstration. What went well was that we began to work at a mutual paste and give each other tips on how to improve. To change this i would have more practice before the final assessment.

evidence1- For sustainability i travel by bus to and from college. This stops the amounts of fuel and pollution as it is an amount of people travelling by one vehicle and not multiple. This went well as i believe it is helping the sustainability in the world. To change this i would het the bus more often.

evidence2- For sustainability i recycle at home. What went well was i knew i was taking part in helping the sustainability of the world. To change this i would try recycle more often rather than at home.

evidence3- For sustainability i use metal straws when at home or out. What went well was that i stopped using plastic ones and began to only use metal straws. To change this i would use my metal straw more often instead of using paper ones.

evidence1- For motivation i had this while revising for my GCSES. What went well was that by having the motivation to revise and doing it, it helped me for my actual exams. I would have changed the amount of times i revised and tried to revise certain subjects more than others such as maths and science.

evidence2- For motivation i used this by doing my college work and keeping up to date with all assessments. What went well was that i always keep track of what teacher sets what task and how long i have to complete this. I would change my hours at home doing my work as i could put more time into some assignments.

evisdence3- For motivation i used this while attending college. I used this as i had to wake up early everyday and be prepared for college. What went well is that i used motivation for this and now i have gotten into a routine of doing this every week. To change this i could wake up earlier to be more prepared for the day.

Evidence 1: i have shown reliability by attending college and not having days off through out the year. What went well was that it has helped me keep up to date with assignments and information. To change this i would ensure i don’t have any sick days off during the year.

Resilience

Evidence1- about me

1- One way i have shown resilience is by failing an assignment by getting a refer. This is where i continued to work hard and then editing the assignment to get a higher overall grade by putting more detail and information into my paragraphs. This shower resilience as i didn’t give up after the assignment was first a fail.

2- What went well was that the original failed assignment then turned out to me getting a merit in that same assignment after editing it and putting in the right intimation.

3- To improve i could of first checked through my assignment before submitting to ensure it had all the right information to avoid me having to resubmit.

Evidence 2-

1- Another way i have shown resilience is by driving lessons. This is where i may forget to do something while driving and my instructor advisers me at end of my lesson on what i could do better. This shows resilience as i don’t give up and try again in the next driving lesson to not make a mistake.

2- What went well was by the instructor advising me on what i could improve in a situation it helps me improve my skills on driving and knowledge.

3- To improve i could communicate more with my driving instructor to help me when i am under pressure.

1- Another way i have shown resilience is at work by trying my best and not giving up during a hard shift. This has shown resilience as not every shift is always easy and i still come to the next with a positive attitude.

2- what went well was that i showed resilience and did not give up during a hard shift.

3- To improve i could tell my manager if i am having a hard day to assist me with the task i am completely to put less pressure off of me.

evidence1- For mentoring and support i have helped and assisted Amelia in a presentation at college. What went well was that amelia felt more confident with me assisting her with this presentation. This had helped me and amelia by working together and helping each other. I would have changed that me and amelia could have practised the presentation more before presenting.

evidence2- For mentoring and support i used this by helping Poppy with college work.What went well was that i assisted poppy with her assignment giving her information and websites for her to use and help her. I would change this by offering poppy assistance earlier.

evisdence3- For mentoring and support i helped and supported a new colleague at my work . I used this by supporting this colleague, giving them information and showing the process of using the technology. What went well is that from this i got praise by managers. To change this i could have worked for longer with this new colleague and asked him if he needed further training.

What went well?- What went well was that this job helped me build my confidence in working within customer services and dealing with diverse scenarios.

What would you change if you did it again?

I would change the role i did and try work more on floor staff and the back rather than drive through and till.

What did you achieve from this work experience? From this work experience i achieved another role on my cv for work experience to help me apply for other job roles in customer service.

Explain the activity- For tesco my role is to fill and stack shelves and deal with customers on the shop floor.

What went well? What went well was that this role has opened other opportunities up for me and i have also got to meet new people and make new friends within my job.

What would you change if you did it again? I would change my hours that would benefit me better such as having longer days less day a week.

What did you achieve from this work experience? From this experience i have achieved more skills within my role which will further help me in future jobs and careers.

Explain the activity- For this activity i went on a college trip to FlyMe.

What went well? What went well was i learnt more information and did practicals of what real cabin crew go through and the experience they have during emergency’s.

What would you change if you did it again? If i did it again i would take part in one of the activities i missed out which was preforming a safety demonstration on the aircraft.

What did you achieve from this work experience? I achieved more knowledge and skills from jobs in aviation and learnt more about diverse roles that the travel and tourism industry offer.
