         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>By putting the alphabet and multiple short words around the classroom it slowly becomes easier for the children to recognize the letters and words around them. In this specific picture, it includes a rug with the alphabet around it. Children can play games where they have to point out specific letters on the rug, making it fun and rewarding for them to recognize the letters around them.</p>]]></description>

Recognizing it as the llama from the story the children can play with the puppet. With the rhyming scheme of the book, the children can retell the story to the best of their ability. </p>]]></description>

The area can also include a nearby alphabet chart for the children or teacher to refer back to as the story is read. The comfy area can help the children feel safe and comfortable as they learn and listen.</p>]]></description>

Also, children first should be able to verbally retell a story before they are able to write words or phrases. So retelling a story can help them get ahead in their writing skills. </p>]]></description>
