- In week 3, I was introduced to employability skills which include teamwork and leadership skills. with teamwork, each individual need to ensure they are in one page with the other member and communicate effectively to avoid conflict among each other and they must support each other.
For leadership skills, the leader needs to ensure that they are self-aware meaning they need to cope with the environment they work in and also understand the view of their team members which is a form of empathy. A leader social skills must be on point so they can build relationships with their members.


In week 4, we talked about another employment skill known as networking, which involves communicating with other individuals and also building relationships. there are three different styles of networking. these are:
1.Networking in principles: spreading your wings and making good impression.

2.Networking online: this includes websites, blogs and social media plaforms like linkedin, instagram, whatsapp and online forums.
networking in practice: this involves attending parties, joining clubs and job fairs to build relationship with new people.
