         <description><![CDATA[<div>-they define racism as "individual and group level processes and structures that are implicated in the reproduction of racial inequality."<br>-before 1964 "white privilege" was less commonly used but generally referred to legal and systemic advantages given to white people by the United States, such as citizenship, the right to voter the right to buy a house in the neighborhood of their choice.<br>-the article said white people are more often humanized and granted the benefit of the doubt.They are more likely to receive compassion to the granted individual potential to survive mistakes. which they say has negative effects for people of color, they don't have this privilege or face the consequences of racial profiling, stereotypes and lack of compassion for their struggles.</div>]]></description>
