         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>Information in this section is based off of the Speed DIAL-3</mark><br><strong>Item 1. Jump, Hop, and Skip - Max points: 15</strong></div><ul><li>1a. Jumping - Max points: 1<ul><li>1 point for successfully jumping with both feet off the floor at the same time</li><li>0 points  for no jump or no successful jump</li></ul></li><li>1b. Hopping - Max points: 6 each foot<ul><li>1 point for each successful one foot hop on the left leg, up to 6 times</li><li>1 point for each successful one foot hop on the right leg, up to 6 times</li></ul></li><li>1c. Skipping - Max points: 2 <ul><li>2 points for one or more coordinated skips</li><li>1 point for a step/hop or gallop response</li><li>0 points for a slide, walk, run, single hop, or any other response</li></ul></li><li>Add together all points earned in parts a, b, and c for Item 1 raw score</li></ul><div><strong>Item 2. Body Parts - Max Points: 10</strong></div><ul><li>1 point for each correctly identified body part</li></ul><div><strong>Item 3. Building - Max Points: 6</strong></div><ul><li>3a. Tower - Max Points: 1<ul><li>1 point if child successfully builds a 3 block tower as modeled</li><li>0 points for any other response</li></ul></li><li>For 3a, if a child scores 0 points, do not proceed to 3b.  Stop Item 3 here.  </li><li>3b. Bridge - Max Points: 1<ul><li>1 point for correctly building a 3 block bridge, with or without a space between the bottom blocks</li><li>0 points for any other response</li></ul></li><li>For 3b, if a child only scores 1 point, do not proceed to 3c.</li><li>3c. Pyramid - Max Points: 2<ul><li>2 points for correctly building a 6 block pyramid with spaces</li><li>1 point for correctly building a 6 block pyramid with no spaces</li><li>0 points for any other response</li></ul></li><li>For 3c, if a child scores 0 points, do not proceed to 3d. </li><li>3d. Child Figure - Max Points: 2<ul><li>2 points for a correct child figure with 3 blocks in middle row</li><li>1 point for correct child figure with 2 blocks in center row</li><li>0 points for any other response</li></ul></li><li>Add together all points from a, b, c, and d for Item 3 total raw score. </li></ul><div><strong>Item 4 Copying - Max Points: 16</strong></div><ul><li>Child copies 8 different figures.  Examiner compare figures to chart in Operator Handbook.  <ul><li>2 points for correctly drawn figures according to chart</li><li>1 point for semi-correctly draw figures according to chart</li><li>0 point for no response, random marks, or no resemblance</li></ul></li><li>if a child says I don't know or refuses to draw figure, give 0 and move to next figure.  If this happens for 4 figures in a row, stop Item 4. </li></ul><div><strong>Item 5 Colors - Max Points: 14</strong></div><ul><li>5a. Identifying Colors, Expressive - Max Points: 14<ul><li>2 point for each correctly identified color, up to 7 colors</li><li>If a child names all colors correctly, move to Item 6</li></ul></li><li>5b.  Identifying Colors, Receptive - Max Points: 7<ul><li>ONLY USED FOR COLORS NOT CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED IN 5A</li><li>1 point for each color identified</li></ul></li><li>Add together all points from a and b for Item 5 total raw score</li></ul><div><strong>Item 6 Rapid Color Naming - Max Points: 25</strong></div><ul><li>ONLY GIVE THIS SECTION TO A CHILD WHO CORRECTLY NAMED RED, YELLOW, BLUE, BLACK, AND GREEN IN 5A.  </li><li>1 point for each correctly named color</li><li>Discontinue Item 6 if a child takes longer than 10 seconds to name a color</li></ul><div><strong>Item 7 Concepts - Max Points: 12</strong></div><ul><li>1 point for each correctly identified concept on the Concepts Dial</li></ul><div><strong>Item 8 Actions - Max Points: 14</strong></div><ul><li>8a.
