1.Explain the activity? the activity was my friend loosing motivation while trying to do an assignment and he was loosing interest so i helped him out and made him carry on with the assignment to pass.
2.What went well? it went well because it made him more motivated to carry on with the assignment and pass the assignment 
3.What would you do to change it? to change it next time i think he should get more information about the assignment and know more about it.

Evidence 2-
1.Explain the activity? the activity was presenting my power point to the front of the class this kept me motivated because i had to show all my information to my class members and the teacher
2.What went well? this went well because i could get all my information out from my power point and all the research i had and put into my power point all added up and helped me present it.
3.What would you do to change it? next time to change it i would probably focus more on actual presenting it and speaking more clearly.

1.Explain the activity? the activity was following the rules from what the teacher has set for me after an assignment i had to then go back and then change some stuff on my work to make it sound and look better
2.What went well? this went well because it showed the teacher that i had gone back and changed my work when they have already been through and checked my work
3.What would you do to change it? to change it next time i will make sure i dont have any mistakes

Explain the activity?
Me and my friend had to present a presentation to the class and he was struggling to explain the information about the assignment we had to do so I took control of the talking and explained all the information we had.
What went well?
The thing that went well was we finished the assignment and included all the information we had and managed to get a distinction in our work.
What did not go well?
I think we could have add more information to our assignment because we kept it short and simple but more information could have made it look better.
What would you do if you did it again?
personally, I don't think we could have done anything better, because we came out with a distinction.

Evidence 2-
Explain the activity? 
Helping my girlfriend complete a assignment which she didn't know how to complete, this was a fitness plan and she didn't know what to put and how to start it so I helped her with it so she could pass the assignment.
What went well?
It went well because when she handed her assignment in she passed it and got a distinction.
What did not go well?
She could have added more information to the assignment so it made it look better and better to read.
What would you do if you did it again?
I would probably add some pictures to the assignment so it looks more presentable.

Explain the activity?
I held a gate open for a women who was struggling t get through. We were on a expedition with college.
What went well?
This is having respect for people outside of college and showing that you can help people and support them.
What did not go well?
Nothing really went well.
What would you do if you did it again?
