My experience with CoTeaching has been with my Kindergarten Teacher Assistant. 

Communication is important to me, because it will answer questions and allow the teachers to be on the same page.

My experience with CoTeaching is very little. I have teachers come in for inclusion, but haven't learned to effectively implement it. My experience with co teaching is sometimes a good thing and sometimes very trying. I thing that mutual respect, planning, and sharing is important in a co teaching relationship.
