         <title>Multiplication of integers </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a visual way to multiply integers. This model allows us to add using our counting (or natural) numbers to compute multiplication problems easier. &nbsp;This can also be used with negative numbers. You just have to use the "face rule." For example, a positive and a negative numbers means we are sad (negative outcome). </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>With subtraction, we need to remember our K-F-C rule to be able to draw our model. This model is similar to the one we used for addition. We are colored coded the types of numbers (positive numbers are blue and negative number are red). This allows us to visually see how subtraction occurs. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a visual model for dividing integers. We will be able to see how the total number (the first number) divided into equal groups (how many in a group is decided by the second number). The outcome (quotient) will be how many groups there are.&nbsp;For this example, I used positive numbers but you can also use negative numbers now. You just have to remember the rules such as two negatives in a division problem makes a positive quotient. </div>]]></description>
