It is about being comfortable and sensitive towards others' feelings as we are all descendants of immigrants or immigrants ourselves. Other students and school personnel have been supportive with incoming students. 

If we were to experience this, we would choose my words carefully when class is sharing out about their experiences. We should also be culturally sensitive.
