         <description><![CDATA[<p>Besides eating healthy and exercising, how do you combat obesity?</p><p>Some children and some adults may have to take medicines, like Orlistat for example, because of a&nbsp;medical condition.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Basically the only way to combat obesity is to eat healthy and exercise daily. Stress also can play a role in becoming obese. So being stress free can also combat obesity. If you don't get enough exercise while you're young, obesity could be in your future. As an adult however, you still need to get plenty of exercise. </p>]]></description>
