         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>Rectus Femoris- </strong>This muscle is among the quadriceps in the body and is located on the anterior of the upper leg.<strong> </strong></li><li><strong> Vastus Intermedius-</strong> This is located on the anterior of the femur in the upper leg, this too is part of the quadriceps.</li><li><strong>Vastus Lateralis-</strong> This is among the quadriceps and is the largest of the muscle group. It is located on the anterior of the upper leg.</li><li><strong>Vastus Medialis-</strong>  This muscle is used to stabilize the patella and is located on the anterior of the upper leg.</li><li><strong>Tibialis Anterior</strong>- This is  located on the anterior of the tibia and helps with movement of the ankle.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Deltoid,</strong> large triangular muscle located on the shoulder, the front fibres help flex the arm and the lateral fibres help abduct the arm.<br><strong>Teres major muscle,</strong> is on the arm and one of six scapulohumeral muscles.medial rotator and adductor of the humerus.<br><strong>Rectus abdominis, </strong>also known as the “six pack”, this s a paired muscle running vertically on the front of the body.<br><strong>Pectoralis major, </strong>A chest muscle that pulls the arm in towards the body. this attaches to the humerus.<br><strong>Biceps brachii, </strong>And upper arm muscle composed of 2 heads, a long head and a short head. This muscle flexes the elbow.<br><strong>Brachioradialis, </strong>A muscle&nbsp; on the front side of the forearm. It flexes the forearm. It raises and rotates the forearm. This muscle connects the radius and humerus at the ends nearest the hand.</div>]]></description>
