Americans were surveyed and asked if they approved or disapproved of President Obama. This survey was shared with us by Mrs. Lukridge in government class as one of our current events. The survey that was shared with us was done by Gallup and it found that President Obama's approval rating was 46%. The survey was done via telephone interview.

http://www.gallup.com/poll/113980/Gallup-Daily-Obama-Job-Approval.aspx

My brother, who often has a lot of useless information and knows a ton about animals, yelled out that it takes the NFL about 3,000 cows per year to provide enough leather for the footballs they use.

In Psychology, we learned about one of the most well-known experiments in the history of Psychology. This experiment is called the Stanford Prison experiment. Students at Stanford were either assigned to be a prisoner or a guard. They were then kept in made prisons on campus and the guards were too enforce as if it were a real prison. The experiment was significant because the students that were guards became very violent when they were given the authoritative position.

My basketball coach uses an average or mean value in many different circumstances when we are scouting for another team. He gives us the average points per game for every player on the team and the average points per game for the whole team. These are found by adding up the totals for each game and then dividing by the number of games total.

Right now there is 4 people in my house that have been sick. As a family, we decided to each try a different type of medicine that would work the best to get rid of the cold and then which ever one worked the best, we would all use. Each type of medicine that was used would be the different treatments
