However, being in a business I learned how this theories could potentially apply and how everyone is different. I first saw this in my email with the owner of D'aqui Ms Andrina, where I was instructed to investigate her and her partners motivational theories. She showed me that s her self and her partners all thought and were motivated differently. Part of my job at D'aqui was helping for the transition online because of quarantine. I felt that I and Ms Andrina worked well together she gave me tasks that she needed help with and I felt that I effectively did so. Some of those tasks were help with social media and learning then teaching her how to use SketchUp. Throughout my learnings and teachings we stayed in contact and communicated several time throughout the week. It was my job to counteract that; so in order to do so I did something that always motivated me exercise. Since I couldn't exercise with everyone in person I did my research and found the "Nike Training Club". It was a virtual instructor with several free workouts some quick some long, with none to all access to gear. It was an effective way to have others exercise and many of the workouts were able to be done in small places at home. The change in D'Aqui was the difficulty in effectively doing the job they love through quarantine. I felt important and felt like what I was doing was necessary to the business which in a way I believe it was.
