I am an English Teacher at Sinop Science High School. I'm very happy to be part of the ''Leadership Hub'' project because I believe in developing leadership and 21st-century skills in our students.Through this international project, my students will have the chance to learn from different cultures, work in teams, become more confident, active citizens and improve their leadership, communication, collaboration, problem solving skills(all essential for their future) I'm looking forward to collaborating and learning with all of you :)

I am very much looking forward to working on this project, as I consider both collaborative working skills and intercultural competence to be important key skills for the future. In addition, project-based work allows me to get to know my students from a different perspective. I am sure that I will also learn a lot personally in the coming weeks through the project and the different approaches of the various teachers.

It will also be interesting to see to what extent one's own cultural background influences the assessment of good leadership skills.

I teach French at “Petru Maior” College in Reghin, and I strongly believe that education is the light that guides a young person toward discovering their own path. For me, teaching is not just a profession but a vocation through which I aim to inspire curiosity, respect, and a genuine desire for knowledge. I am actively involved not only in the classroom but also in community life, participating as a member in various projects designed to shape not only minds but also characters.

Through everything I do, I try to convey my students that education is more than the accumulation of information: it is a continuous process of growth, a journey of values, responsibility, and personal development.

I firmly believe that every young person deserves the chance to become the best version of themselves.

I am an English teacher at Petru Maior College and I love my job. I am passionate about constant self development and working with teenagers. Any kind of project in or outside of school, in the subject I teach or any extracurricular activities that involves them is a great opportunity for improvement. Therefore this project is a new and exciting opportunity of working with them and helping them develop their leadership skills. The best thing about the project is that it gives them the chance to work with teenagers from other countries which will broaden their spectrum and general knowledge about other cultures.
