The author of "Where the Crawdads sing" is Delia Owens, a wildlife sciencetist Africa. Due to having spent the whole life to explore the nature, she drew the picture of North Carolia vividly beyond my expectation.
Although the novel focuses on the years between 1965 and 1970, it encompasses the whole span of Kya’s life, the one who is also called " The Marsh girl".
After her family eventually all left her, she brought herself up on the marsh with what she could and managed with what she had. Her only relationship being with Jumpin’ from the shop, who helps her with money and supplies and Mother Nature has literally become Kya’s caretaker. 
As a teenager, Kya eventually has her first love - Tate, the one who teaches her how to read and write. First love is as beautiful as an ivy, but it dissolves quickly. Tate has to go to the college to pursuit his dream. Kya had been waiting for him for 3 years but he broke her heart into pieces...
After adapting with being alone, Kya meets Chase Andrew, who is really handsome and can play sports well. Chase and Kya also have a romantic and what seems a nice relationship until Chase also breaks her heart.
Chase Andrew is found death. Kya is immediately the main suspect. Everybody believes that she is definitely the killer because nobody likes her, they even do not want to talk to her since she was a child. 
A plot twist happens at the end of this book with a view to surprise readers, I am totally impressed with the ending. 
In term of my opinion, I enjoy reading about how Kya learns how to read and write and become successful using the Marsh. She learns everything she can from the names of the birds, the types of feathers, and the different seashells etc, it’s all so interesting.

Due to the Covid pandemic, we have to change from offline classes to online classes. It is undeniable that we may face with my ostacles for online teaching. I have heard my complaints from parents that they want their chidren to be called to answer questions, to be active in class. Thanks to the feedbacks from parents, I am motivated to enhance my teaching skills. To solve this problem, I and Foreign teachers divide students into groups based on their level, we will try to call each of them at least 1 time in a class. Besides, we give them the rules that they have to raise their hands if they have questions. Additionally, we create some interesting games (bamboozle, quizzi, wordwall,...) to boost children energy as well as attract their attention for the lessons. With our efforts, we eventually have received the positive feedbacks from students and parents. I will devide into 2 sides:
In my social life: It is unavoidable that pandemic is the difficult time for everyone, it impacts on our lives. Therefore we have to be  adaptive, if we can't, it will be hard to overcome ( we use online shopping instead of going to the supermarket).
In Teaching: We have to be adaptive to meet the demand of online teaching. Changing from offline to online teaching is not the easy one. We are supposed to change our methods or activities. Moreover, we have to face with many problems from online teaching that we haven't met before.
