This was how the native Americans got to the Americas.  The sea level was very low because Glaciers held so much water. Recent studies from Baja California shows that the first people on America were South Asians who lived in Australia and then expanded to America. This is proven by skulls found in Baja California. They have they same shape and size of Mongoloid descendants.

1.)  One reason they had to come to North America is because sometimes you have to pack up and go when things are not so great where they are.   That means that climates change, which make it almost impossible to live. It might have been too hot too cold too wet too dry. Maybe they came just because they could. Humans are usually known for moving around, so why not venture out to the Americas? There are multiple theories on who populated america first. One is that they came from siberia and alaska.
