The administration at my school is highly engaged and supportive of both teachers and parents. My mentor teacher even said, "This admin is the best I will probably ever have." The principal stays closely connected to our classroom, as his son is one of our students, and he regularly communicates with my mentor teacher and our classroom aide. When a student is struggling with behavior, the assistant principal is the first point of contact and responds immediately to provide support. Their approachable and hands-on leadership fosters a positive school culture where students feel safe, teachers feel valued, and families remain actively involved, creating a strong and connected community.
