Who can use it? Skype can be used by any one that can download the app or install it onto their computer, phone or laptop if the device is equipped with a camera and microphone. Twitter can be used by anyone on app or by signing in on a computer.
What can it be used for? Skype can be used for video chat along with messaging and you can also use audio chat. Twitter can only be used to communicate with others through direct message and tweets. This website does not have video or audio chat capabilities.
When can you use it? Both apps can be used 24/7 as long as there is a stable internet connection.
Where can you use it? Both sites can be used anywhere there is internet capability.
Why would you use it? You can use Skype to set up virtual meetings with multiple users at once. You can also use Skype to send individual chat or group chats. Twitter can have group direct messages, but there is no way of communicating by video or audio.
How can you use it? Skype users each need to download the Skype business app which is a free online download. If they do not have a camera or microphone, they can purchase a separate camera which is inexpensive. Twitter can be used by tweeting or communicating through direct messages.
