I love working with others as a team, I like to hear the others ideas and their thoughts, but I'll be pretty upset if they don't listen to my suggestions, before I try to get others to accept ideas, I fist always try to how they feel so I can adapt mine to theirs. When the members in a team starts to having no ideas, I'll be the one trying to find a interesting topic for them to discuss about to see if they have any good ideas for it.
