         <description><![CDATA[<div>By spending too much time on the internet and social media you can develop lots of problems like depression, anxiety, obesity, sleep disorders, damaged eyesight and  you won't develop social/communication skills. You could also become a victim of cyber-bullying.<br> A lack of physical excersise can lead to obesity, which can cause serious heart problems and in some cases, early death. Recent serveys have shown that obesity in children and teenagers is becoming a more serious problem which is why some big social media companies are thinking about introducing a time limit for the younger people that use their apps. <br>Matt Hancock was interviewed by First news, this is what he said, "I think there is a genuine concern about the amount of screen time young people are clocking up, and the negative impact that this can have on their lives. To tackle this problem teenagers can expect a time limit on their social media."<br>Though we all love our screens and enjoy keeping in touch with friends, we need to cut down on our internet time.<br><br></div>]]></description>

The First News, said they think the goverment should set a time limmit on how long people should be on computers , tablets and phones. Screen time can also be helped by putting the blue light on wich makes you sleepy so at night if you are up late at night, it will make you sleepy and you will go to sleep. A lack of exercise can cause obeisity, wich can cause heart problems.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We should balance screen time with leasure time because you have to socialise. You shouldn't be on a screen all the time because screens give off blue light that takes away melatonin from your body which helps you sleep. If you don't get enough sleep you could DIE or get sleep disorders which wouldn't be good. You could also start to suffer from anxiety. You could also become obese which means your very overweight, unfit and don't do enough exercise. Screens can damage your eyesight if you look at them to much. If you don't get enogh sleep you will also become very emotional. You can also start to get cyberbullied which would be horrible because you could feel like your terrible and things like that. You can also play games that aren't appropiate for you. Games are age rated for a reason! You could also not be socialising with people and you won't have any friends which wouldn't be good. Instead of looking at screens all the time you should go and do some exercise. You might not be able to concentrate in school if you are thinking about video games all the time. You should also try to spend a lot of time with your family.<br><br></div>]]></description>
