Hold the teachers accountable, to help teacher learn what works best for each working environment they are in and to help students have the best about success in school. Along with these things I think it is super important thing to do because teachers need to learn what works best for every student and every class.

If the Students like a teacher, that doesn't mean that they are correctly doing their job. Have a CERTIFIED group of observers to actually see how each teacher utilizes each model of teaching in their classroom. This gives constructive or not constructive feedback to teachers, even if they have tenure.
