I have
worked within Health and Social Care settings as an Area Manager supporting individuals with ASC and LD in specialist services e.g Outreach, Residential, Complex behavioural presentation and Day services. My passion is to empower individuals to have a choice in their lives, a voice and a say in their care. I love Carl Rogers he is my hero and his person centred philosophy which has changed my life and way of being.  I have previously worked in school Education psychology and SEN and I am working within FE Education at the moment Health and Social Care and I look forward to becoming a teacher who inspires learners to achieve.
