SSD vs HDD

SSDs - have a limited number of write cycles. each program-erase cycle exhausts the memory nodea little more, until the performance is dramatically decreased or the drive fails. to do this you have to write about 15gb to the drive delete and re write over that segment everyday. HDDs also have this but are far more robust, with a 180 TB/year user workload rate.
---------------------------------------------------
HDDs are slow. the average read and write speed of a hdd is 80-160 MB/s compared to a SATA 3 SSD which has a Read and write of 550 and 500MBPS

This is because it's newer technology with better quality images. e.g. LCD screen at 21" has a £130 average whereas a CRT screen at 21" is £20 at the most.

Not all LCD monitors can be viewed at every angle, which makes it difficult for anyone who is not in front of the monitor to see the screen.

LCD monitors can encounter dead pixels, which causes small black or other colored dots in the display.
