         <description><![CDATA[<div>Shortly after Stalin's death a loyal member of the communist party name Nikita Khrushchev  became the dominant Soviet leader. At a speech given by Khrushchev he signaled the beginning of a policy called Destalinization, or purging the country of Stalin's memory. Workers destroyed monuments of the Stalin and reburied his body outside the Kremlin wall.</div>]]></description>
