On page 89, it starts talking about the knowledge that surpasses everyone. Which are manners, manners are one of the reasons why the human race is not at peace. Due to the lack of manners throughout the whole entirely of history. That's why on this chapter Catherine McAuley, was very careful that all the honors are going towards God's works. This page also makes the Catherine Mcauly gratitude for the help and support she has been getting from God. With this in mind Catherine McAuley leave us with a little hit towards another quality that she has. What is the quality? This quality is called authority, we will see this a little more on page 90. ( Meekness combined with Love was also spoken about)

And from manner there is a result, there would be under authority. Remember the wedding at Cana? Well authority is like that Mary told Jesus to make more wine, and Jesus obeyed. On page 90, that's what it talks about. It talks about that authority should be held responsible for those who are adequate and have the ability to accomplish it. How to reach it on this authority? This page we can start seeing where it all starts when you combine knowledge and religious achievements. Catherine McAuley was wise in studying the science of the saints.

On page 91 there is a great example of how to use your authority. We need to encourage one another, even though it might be a letter like on page 91 or even a little ceremony to show your gratitude towards the future leaders like Mother Catherine did. This shows a good quality of our lord Jesus Christ when he encourages his apostles to follow him. "Leave your nets and I will make you fishers of men if you follow me". When Jesus said this, it was an encouragement to follow him. Just as Catherine McAuley did on page 91, where she showed her good use of Authority. Encouragement makes you look like a good leader to follow and helps boost faith and morale of people who feel down. With this lesson shown by Catherine ends page 91.

On page 92, it talked about Catherine McAuley having outstanding characteristics such as availability and sensitivity to the needs of others, just as God has. It stated that Catherine McAuley was the kind of person who was willing to hear the persons who weren't heard before. This means that she was taking time out for her to listen the people who were ignored for a long time. Catherine had her own ways of inspiring and touching the people, on November 1840 she wrote a letter which motivated Sister M. Francis Warde. She motivated her to take time out for her to mingle with the visitors and to introduce the sisters. Catherine McAuley was willing to endure cold and hunger rather than see the destitute "in Kingstown or elsewhere" she denied any consolation that was able to provide for them out of sensitivity in line with Christ's compassion on the multitude.

She possessed the good humor and always managed to have peace, no matter what. Catherine McAuley placed a strong importance on being part of a community, having charity towards others, providing a positive example, the need for intimate prayer, compassion, honesty, and commitment. She always tried her best to do what God did when he lived on earth, as to have humble simplicity and simple humility. She believed that she didn't had to do extraordinary action as God did, but to make the ordinary actions into an extraordinary one, by giving her best in all what she does. Catherine also believed that each day was a great opportunity to convert more to God, and follow all his footsteps. Catherine used to teach about "love", love for Jesus and his work was the motivation for her total personal self. Catherine McAuley believed that love served as the link that united her with God, and to the entirety of God's created world.

On this particular page, was talking about that Catherine believed that the family shouldn't have envious and jealousy of no one, but to share in the elegance and happiness of the others. Catherine once said that when someone appealed to be rude or cold to a sister, to think and ask ourselves if we treat the sister in that way and others too, will that sister be able to continue in religion? We can clearly see the answer, which would be no, since is we treat her in that manner it will have an negative effect on her. That is why she believed that we should be humble, polite, and to treat the persons with a good manner just as Jesus does. Catherine McAuley believed that charity was one of the greatest thing we could possess. Catherine McAuley was carried with her that love and unity among the sisters resembled the bond between Christ and the Father.

Catherine displayed to all men and women the lovely features of Jesus because she lived each moment of her life for God. Catherine’s duty was to love God and show that love to everyone she met.

Since Catherine has a good understanding of the ideal, she was at the heart of teaching the post-Conciliar church. Between the years of 1783, 1819 and 1822 Catherine was alone so during those years she established her prayers, way of thinking her love and her faith. During those years she kept practicing her faith even though people were against it. All the loss she faced in her life drew her closer to Christ. She surrendered her life to the will of God and she lived for God like Jesus did. She displayed her surrender when she became a nun. Surrender also meant obedience and for Catherine being obedient was a way to return the gift God has given to man.

Catherine’s faith in God allowed her to trust in His way of directing her actions in life. Catherine’s father thought her that the fulfilment of law was to put God first and love one’s neighbor for God’s sake. As she got older, she would Seek out God and put all other things second. In 1834, she told her novices that everyone is called to imitate Christ in His Sanctity. She also recommended her own personal devotions to the Eucharist, the Sacred Heart and the Mother of God to foster the sanctity.

For the world we live in, it is almost impossible to be compassionate towards others. Although, there are people out there making it possible for this world that there are people who are struggling and suffering. Catherine McAuley was a holy and compassionate woman who was willing to end world suffering. She viewed and analyzed what she could do and had help. Catherine and the Sisters of Mercy made it all possible. In the days of today, the Sisters of Mercy strive to be like Catherine McAuley to continue carrying her mission.

Catherine McAuley is devoted to serving God. She mentions the key aspects of having faith in God and how a hidden life will affect that bond with God. The work that Catherine did was not enough to have a community to remain together. She had prayed and had manifested for holiness for the sisters in the Sisters of Mercy to attain to be like her. Nowadays, prayer groups are being formed through tradition from churches instead of from the community. God is everything, He created us to combine us into one to serve a purpose. He speaks to us in a universal language that everyone understands, in which Catherine has experienced herself greatly. She was a woman who was very down to earth, that in a letter, she wrote that it is better to live in the present than to live tomorrow for tomorrow is not promised.

Catherine's unbreakable practice is to attract people to God's unconditional love. For the Sisters of Mercy, a sister should always be content to serve God, and to let nothing ruin their faith in God for He shall always be with them. Irish biographer, Rev. Roland Burke Savage SJ wrote key aspects about Catherine. He describes her as a compassionate believer of God, a woman who never gave up on her practices and missions. She was a selfless person who was admired by all. The life that Catherine McAuley served was to be taken as a legacy passed down to the Sisters of Mercy to keep compassion towards others alive. The bible verse she left as a reference is 2 Timothy 4:7-8.

Firstly on this page, it's being spoken that we must all be humble and appreciate the little things God has created. God embraces everyone the same because He loves each one of His creations because in His eyes we are perfect. Catherine recognized that there were some really poor people who didn't have basic needs and her goal was to always help whenever she could. She went through drawbacks and stayed humble because she declared that one must be humble in a religious life. She expressed that in other words, one must practice what they preach so she was humble and used the abilities God granted her to her significant advantage to help others. She so was caring and selfless that she shared her blessings with others who didn't have basic needs.
