Improve Yourself, Always.
In the coming three months, what I would like to learn in order to enhance my career opportunities is verbal communication. This is because communication is an art and no matter what kind of career, verbal communication skills are still a necessary key factor. This is because without communication there would be no interpersonal interaction, and relationships between people, would be in a state of stiffness, disconnection and indifference, and there would be misunderstandings and distortions that would bring great harm to work and life. With the advent of this information age and the increasingly fast pace of work and life, I believe that there is a need to enhance communication between people's ideas. Therefore, I hope that I can enhance my verbal communication skills in order to be more effective in my work now and in the future.

When I want to make personal progress, I first need to identify goals and plan, then I can take the opportunity to undertake learning activities, then reflect on your learning and apply your learning. Last but not least, record and share your learning, when we can share what we have learnt with our friends, it means that we have a certain level of knowledge and fully understand what we have learnt.
 
Probably the most important thing about 'self-awareness' is that when you think about your weaknesses and how it affects you, you make a small goal or a plan. Then we have to slowly change ourselves towards our little goal. So that you can become a good person. In short, self-awareness requires knowing yourself first and then you have to take action to change yourself little by little and slowly improve and become a better person.
