Many sources tend to say that we need to make the global food system more resilient, but what if the food systems themselves are the thing we need protecting from? 

Rob Wallace, a professional epidemiologist and expert on big agriculture said the following: "Anyone who aims to understand why viruses are becoming more dangerous must investigate the industrial model of agriculture and, more specifically, livestock production. At present, few governments, and few scientists, are prepared to do so." 

This is a hot topic in current COVID times.
