Immer wieder haben wir uns ausgetauscht, Leute verknüpft und gerungen um einen Weg, dass Innovation bei Bosch (noch) besser gelingt. Am nachhaltigsten bleiben mir die Diskussionen im Innovation Architecture Projekt in Erinnerung.

ich bedauere es sehr, dass Du bei Bosch abmusterst, denn mit Dir verliert die Bosch-Mannschaft einen weitblickenden, außerhalb der Bosch-Grenzen denkenden Innovationstreiber und GENESIS einen inspirierenden und verlässlichen Segelkamerad. Wir sind viele Strecken gemeinsam gesegelt - nicht immer nur in schönem Wetter sondern auch durch stürmische See. Manches Mal mussten wir unseren Kurs korrigieren - sind aber immer am Ende unserer gemeinsamen Reisen immer dort angekommen, wo wir hinwollten.

Es ist schade, dass ich jetzt "nicht mal eben so" über Segelstellung, Windrichtung und Kurse Richtung Innovation und Outside-In mit Dir diskutieren kann. Unsere Taktikgespräche haben mir immer neue Navigationsimpulse gegeben und geholfen, den GENESIS-Kurs auszurichten.

Wenn aber der Wind der Veränderung weht, heißt es Segel setzen und mutig zu neuen Ufern aufbrechen. Ich wünsche Dir alles Gute und viel Erfolg und dass Du auf Deiner neuen Reise das findest, was Du suchst. Ich bin sicher, dass sich unsere Kurse immer mal wieder kreuzen werden.
