The seven mindsets align with the counseling practice that I will utilize. 

Making students the number 1 priority and supporting them as individuals- molding services, opportunities, and other supports to align with their indivisible and collective needs are essential. 

I am a great asset at assessing needs and preparing programming that would align with those needs within the community, family support resources, and within the counseling practice.

Public speaking related to communicating policies and educational systems is an area that I will be working on improving. Remember much information and familiarizing myself with policies in order to teach and communicate them to others is a skill that I will sharpen. Understanding current counseling research and practices that are up to date would be something that I would enjoy and involving new technology through different learning outlets (ASCA, 2019) will both be beneficial for the students, faculty, and families and also for me as well. I will also enjoy implementing programming and creating my own individualized content for students.
