         <description><![CDATA[<p>The battle of Trenton was a battle fought as a last resort by George Washington, it was fought because George Washington wanted to have one last chnace at a successful battle he rushed his troops across the Deleware River for a suprise attack against the British. This battle was hugely important because it gave a widespread spark of hope for the American Colonists and boosted morale and made tons of young Colonists men sign up for the war.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Winter at Valley forge was one of the coldest winters during the war it welcomed the colonists with many food, clothes, and provision shortages, it also brang mass poduction at valley forge ultimately forcing Colonists to produce more than 1,500 logs huts. The reason this winter was important was because it shaped the continential army into shape which they needed it was very critical because the colonists were on a losing streak.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Battle of Saratoga was a fight that happened at the Hudson River where the colonists held their ground against a Wave of British Redcoats the colonists pinned them in trenches and where relentless, after a while the british army leader Josh Burgoyne called in for support but was unable to get it he later had no choice but to surrender. This battle was important because it showed the british leader that the colonists were a group of people that would not be shut down so easily.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Alliance with france, during the American Revolution Ben Franklin and Vergennes (comte de vergennes) created a seceret loan and the topic of a possible alliance to provide the colonists with assistance in the war, after a long while of talking back and fourth with the spanish and the colonists vergennes gained news of the surrender at the battle of saratoga which pushed the french to join the war withought waiting for the spanish to also join. This alliance is very importsnt because it gave the colonists supplies, arms and ammunition, uniforms, and also importantly troops and naval support giving the colnists a huge push in the revolution.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The battle of Yorktown was the last and geniously played out battle in the american revolution it started by the british commander (General Lord Cornwallis) was in desperate need of supplies(ammunition, food, and the depletion of his forces) this caused him to take on the journey of traveling eastword to petersburg, virginia where they where stopped being forced to move back on there way back they where met with another group of colonists forcing them to move towards the Yorktown peninsula being cornered by three different armys forcing the biritsh officer to ultimatley surrender. This battle was important because it signified the end of the Colonial and British war.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Althought the main countrys included in the conflict of the American Revolution were America and Great Britain it was actually much larger than that it included countrys like Spain, France, and even the Netherlands, the treaty of paris was formally signed by All countrys who engaged into the war it ended all disuputes between the countrys and the seven year long war ending with peace across the countrys. This last part of the war is important because it is basically the end of the war it caused every country to cease fire also in the end America became a free country.</p>]]></description>
