Also, there is a huge decline in traditional sewing work, and fewer and fewer women are interested in perpetuating these age-old crafts.

 These women generally do not have diplomas, and have not finished their studies because they live far from the cities, in isolated areas, and at the same time their isolation does not allow them to work in trades with fixed schedules. And if traditional sewing is in decline, it is because craftsmen do not know how to promote their wares, and there are not many companies that take care of this field.

My project will be to hire women from different regions of Algeria, and these women will have to sew dolls dressed in traditional costumes according to each region. It is a flexible work, because the women will be able to work at home, according to their own schedules, and at the same time it will help them financially, because nowadays collectible dolls are very popular.
